Director de Proyectos de Construcción

Buscamos un profesional con sólida experiencia en la dirección integral de proyectos de construcción, capaz de liderar la planeación, administración y ejecución de diferentes obras, asegurando el cumplimiento de costos, tiempos, calidad y rentabilidad.
Principales responsabilidades:
• Dirigir las áreas de Planeación y Gestión de Proyectos, Administración de Obra y Ejecución en Campo.
• Coordinar al personal administrativo, residentes de obra, contratistas y proveedores.
• Supervisar programas de obra, presupuestos, flujos financieros y avances físico-financieros.
• Validar contratos, estimaciones, generadores y pagos a contratistas.
• Detectar desviaciones, gestionar riesgos y establecer acciones correctivas.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos constructivos, estándares de calidad y fechas de entrega.
• Presentar avances, indicadores y resultados de los proyectos a la Dirección General.
• Coordinar permisos, licencias, factibilidades y trámites ante dependencias gubernamentales.
Requisitos:
• Licenciatura en Arquitectura, Ingeniería Civil o carrera afín.
• Experiencia mínima de 8 años en construcción y gestión de proyectos.
• Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en posiciones de dirección o gerencia.
• Experiencia liderando equipos de planeación, administración y residentes de obra.
• Experiencia manejando varios proyectos simultáneamente.
• Manejo de AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Excel y Neodata o algún ERP de construcción.
• Deseable experiencia en vivienda seriada, desarrollos inmobiliarios, urbanización e infraestructura.
