Program Manager

Coordinates and oversees cross-functional projects to ensure they benefit each other and align with overall business goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Organizes programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
2. Develops a budget and operating plan for the program.
3. Manages a cross-functional team with diverse talents and responsibilities.
4. Ensures goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
5. Implements and manages changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
6. Communicates effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency.
7. Produces accurate and timely reports on program status throughout its lifecycle.
8. Analyzes program risks.

Profile:

• Bachelor of Science degree in business, engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business, engineering, or manufacturing, with demonstrated experience in working with cross/multi-functional teams.
• Fluent in English.

Experience:

• Leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• High level of technical competence, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of managerial finance as it relates to program and business metrics.
