Sales Training Lead - Onboarding & Performance

Johnson & Johnson Medical Mexico is recruiting a Senior Analyst, Sales Training in Mexico City. This role is crucial in enhancing the capabilities of the commercial teams by designing impactful training programs that improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, experience in sales training, and strong analytical skills. This position may require up to 25% domestic travel.
