About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Designer MEP & Structural to join our growing team. This position will play a key role in the development, coordination, and delivery of BIM models for high‑rise and vertical construction projects.

The adequate candidate has strong experience in BIM modeling for MEP and structural disciplines, is detail‑oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Fluency in English is required, as you will collaborate with international stakeholders and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for MEP and Structural systems throughout all project phases.
• Produce high‑quality construction documentation, drawings, schedules, and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models to identify and resolve clashes and design conflicts.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and project managers.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and quality control procedures.
• Support model reviews, coordination meetings, and project planning activities.
• Update and manage project information within BIM platforms and common data environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Designer, BIM Modeler, or similar role focused on MEP and Structural disciplines.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or BIM 360 is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, coordination processes, and construction documentation.
• Experience working on high‑rise, mixed‑use, or vertical construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
