Senior Local Marketing Specialist - NEV (Electric & Hybrid Vehicles)

At Geely Auto Mexico, we are accelerating the adoption of electric and hybrid mobility across the country. As we continue expanding our NEV (New Energy Vehicle) portfolio and dealer network, we are looking for a Senior Local Marketing Specialist to drive impactful regional marketing initiatives, strengthen dealer execution, and bring our EV and PHEV products closer to Mexican consumers.

What you'll do

As a key member of the Marketing team, you will bridge national strategy and local execution, ensuring dealers have the tools, campaigns, and support needed to generate awareness, customer engagement, test drives, and sales opportunities for our electrified vehicle lineup.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and coordinate regional marketing plans aligned with business priorities, dealer needs, market opportunities, and budgets.
• Support dealers in executing national campaigns, local promotions, and retail communication initiatives.
• Drive customer education efforts around EV and PHEV ownership, charging, range, technology, and day-to-day usage.
• Partner with BTL teams and dealers to deliver experiential marketing activities, including exhibitions, test drives, roadshows, and product showcases.
• Ensure the correct implementation of marketing assets, showroom materials, and customer-facing communications across the dealer network.
• Gather market insights from dealers and customers to identify opportunities, challenges, and competitive trends.
• Manage local marketing budgets, agency relationships, suppliers, and activity documentation.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, dealer execution, and customer engagement metrics to improve future initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Digital, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, and BTL teams to align local activities with commercial objectives.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in automotive marketing, dealer marketing, regional marketing, trade marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience working directly with dealer networks and local marketing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and demand generation activities.
• Ability to translate technical product benefits into clear, customer-friendly messages.
• Experience managing agencies, suppliers, events, and marketing budgets.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Professional communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Mexico and support occasional weekend events.
