Job Summary:

The Site Security Manager leads a team of site security personnel—including Site Managers, Field Training Officers, and Security Supervisors—and is responsible for delivering physical security services across one or more assigned locations within a geographic area. The SSM is responsible for leadership development among direct reports while overseeing the execution of security operations at these sites. The SSM collaborates with Security and Operations management teams to drive operational efficiency, superior performance, and audit readiness. Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for people and property, the SSM uses professional expertise to manage diverse talent and develop effective strategies for continuous improvement. The SSM reports directly to the Campus Security Manager (CSM), works alongside other metro-area security managers, and oversees the Administrative Officer (AO).

Essential Functions:

• * Manage physical security operations across multiple critical infrastructure facilities.
• * Drive safety programming for the security team aiming for zero workplace injuries on site.
• * Actively manage site security personnel; collaborate with the local branch to recruit, hire, and oversee onboarding, training, and site-level development.
• * Ensure every team member is treated with dignity and respect.
• * Plan, assign, and manage physical security projects and tasks to completion in a timely manner.
• * Coach and execute disciplinary actions in accordance with current policy.
• * Evaluate the effectiveness of site security operations and provide recommendations for improvement.
• * Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, leading by example and holding site security personnel accountable to the same standards.
• * Ensure site health targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded; work with the Regional Security Manager (RSM) to enhance team efficiency and performance.
• * Meet regularly with the client and Prosegur corporate management representatives for account reviews, address issues promptly, and support security planning, assessments, and surveys.
• * Keep leadership informed of key achievements, issues, and concerns.
• * Follow standardized procedures to successfully complete unannounced audits.
• * Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to sustain a safe and secure environment.
• * Divide time equally among sites to build familiarity with each location, lead the team, build the program, and mentor for success.

Experience:

• * Minimum 3 years of experience in data center management
• * Minimum 4 years of experience in security operations management

BASE SALARY

* Gross monthly salary of $60,098.70 MXN.

BENEFITS

* 10% of base monthly salary in grocery vouchers.

* 10% savings fund based on monthly base salary, payable in December.

* 30-day annual Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo), proportional to days worked during the year.

* 35% vacation premium applied to the leave period.
