Treasury Manager NAO – Interiors Division

About the role

The Treasury Manager NAO will lead treasury operations across North America, ensuring liquidity, optimizing cash, managing financial risks and banking relationships, and supporting the region's financing needs. This position operates within global treasury policies and controls and reports to the Global Head of Treasury.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity, and short- and long-term cash-flow forecasting across the region.
• Optimize cash through pooling and concentration, minimize idle balances, and ensure funding availability for operations and capital expenditure.
• Lead regional cash-flow forecasting and working-capital monitoring in partnership with FP&A and regional, divisional, and global Finance teams.
• Manage intercompany funding, in-house banking/cash pooling, and regional funding requirements in coordination with Global Treasury.
• Oversee debt servicing, credit facilities, guarantees, and local financing arrangements.
• Identify and manage foreign-exchange exposure and execute hedging in accordance with applicable policies.
• Support interest-rate and counterparty-risk management and related treasury reporting.
• Manage regional banking relationships, account structures, bank fees, and cash-management services.
• Govern bank accounts, including opening and closing, signatories, KYC, and account rationalization.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, SOX/ICFR requirements, and applicable local regulations.
• Deploy and optimize treasury management systems, payment platforms, automation, and payment-security controls.
• Review and authorize treasury transactions, payments, and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Tax on intercompany agreements, funding structures, and repatriation.
• Provide reporting on cash, liquidity, FX, and debt to Global Treasury and regional Finance leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and treasury digitalization across the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Treasury or Corporate Finance, including multicountry cash, liquidity, and FX management.
• Experience within an automotive or manufacturing multinational environment is strongly preferred.
• Master's degree or equivalent level in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CTP is preferred; CFA, CPA, or ACCA is an advantage.
• Strong expertise in cash, liquidity, working capital, foreign exchange, hedging, banking relationships, and treasury operations.
• Experience with treasury management systems, digitalization, internal controls, compliance, and payment security.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across countries and manage senior stakeholders, including Global Treasury, Tax, FP&A, and local Finance teams.
• Fluent English is required.
• Availability to travel within the region as needed.
