Senior SAP Analyst, Source to Pay and Inventory

Role Description

• Build and implement new solutions in SAP S/4 HANA related to procurement, vendor management, and integrations with other SAP modules within SAP source to pay (MM, FICO) and inventory to deliver processes and business practices.
• Perform complex business and systems analysis to conduct requirements gathering/analysis via req’ts gathering sessions with business users and technical staff for SAP source to pay (MM, FICO) and inventory to deliver.
• Develop supporting process flows for the following systems and/or processes: Sourcing and Purchase info records, Vendor management, Intercompany transactions, Direct and Indirect procurement, Inventory to deliver management, InterCompany Transactions, 3PL Integrations for Supply, Chain Manufacturing and Distribution, Warehouse Management with handheld scanning devices / EWM, FI related configuration associated with Procurement, Workflows.
• Conduct analysis of existing business processes recommending process improvements when needed.
• Responsible for providing data expertise and consulting related to operational reporting and analytics.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions with business users to improve adoption and efficient use of all systems related to the Operations job functions.
• Create and manage workflows in SAP S/4 HANA as they pertain to business process.
• Assist in the evaluation of third party tools for feasibility and impact to the business.
• Design and implement integrations between SAP S/4 HANA and external systems.
• Create and maintain business requirement documentation which can include use cases, process flows, and system interface diagrams.
• Develop comprehensive test plans with users, coordinate test activities and/or help execute test components.
• Ensure work performed by implementation partners adhere to defined best practices and standards.
• Serve as liaison between the procurement and operations teams and the technical IT team.

Education & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written, verbal) is a must.
• 5+ years’ experience managing SAP source to pay (MM, FICO) and inventory to deliver processes.
• Previous experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Ability to manage 3rd party logistics (3PL) integrations.
• Previous experience with SAP integration with external systems such as Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing and Reporting.
• Experience in Agile methodology.

Plus

• Experience working in a highly regulated environment as well as International experience is strongly desired (health, medical device, pharmaceuticals, banking, financial sectors).
• Previous experience working on large projects or programs related to SAP MM module for procurement preferred.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is highly desired.
