Finance Coordinator

We are looking for a Finance Coordinator with solid experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, internal controls, and team management to join a global organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of post-certification experience in Finance within multinational companies.
• 3+ years of proven experience managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Experience with taxation and transfer pricing.
• Experience working with large-scale ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Experience with consolidated financial reporting.
• Advanced English / bilingual proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of financial and management reports.

• Coordinate and lead the Finance team.

• Optimize financial processes and controls to drive efficiencies.

• Oversee cash flow management and treasury functions.

• Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

• Analyze financial results, KPIs, trends, and key business drivers.

• Act as a Business Partner to support strategic decision-making.

• Coordinate external audit processes.

• Follow up on tax, corporate, and regulatory matters.

• Lead, develop, and strengthen the Finance team.
