Civil Engineer - AutoCAD Drafter

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with experience in Drafting , Quotation, and Estimation to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential and commercial drafting, cost estimation, and proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting techniques.

Technical Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Advanced English Knowledge: upper intermediate, advanced or proficient.

• Strong and verifiable engineering or architectural background with hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software , including AutoCAD and similar tools.
• Ability to perform drafting, layout work, and calculations related to all construction details.
• Prepare accurate drawings from supplied plans, sketches, and field measurements.
• Develop detailed cost estimates and quotations based on materials, labor, and project scope.
• Calculate project timelines and budget estimates; maintain a system for recurring or standard project types.
• Provide timely updates on drawing completion, quotation status, and overall workload.
• Proven experience and proficiency using Autodesk AutoCAD for construction and project drawings.

• Manage day-to-day drafting and estimation workflow, prioritizing and assigning projects accordingly.
• Develop detailed architectural and construction plans for residential and commercial projects.
• Ensure all finished drawings, quotations, and estimates align with customer and project requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship on drafting and estimation best practices; support training and development as needed.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a cost database or pricing system for recurring project types.
• Perform any other job-related duties as required.

• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.
• Hubstaff: Web App, Desktop App and Hubstaff Tasks.
