Our team members empower each other to be their authentic selves and treat all with respect, integrity, and fairness.Say hello to a rewarding career and come join a leading provider of mission-critical background screening solutions to some of the most recognized Fortune 100 and Global 500 brands.We’re looking for a Lead Software QA Engineer to help drive quality across our distributed ecosystem.This individual will:Lead QA Delivery and automation initiativesCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into robust automated test coverage.Design, build, maintain, and optimize automated test frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing.Ensure that new features are delivered with automated test coverage and at high quality, supporting efficient and reliable deployments.Develop deep knowledge of the company’s solutions and continuously improve automation strategies, tools, and practices.Contribute to QA process improvement initiatives, including tool evaluations, proof‑of‑concepts, and automation best practices.Support manual and UAT efforts when needed, ensuring alignment with QA standards.Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.You must have:3-5 years of experience in UI & API Automation5-7 years of experience in QA and Agile Practices.Bilingual fluency with English and Spanish (both written and verbal)Why First Advantage is Your Next Big Career MoveFirst Advantage is going through a technology transformation!
