Sr. Product Development and Sustaining Engineer

Skyworks Solutions is looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Engineer with Semiconductor or Electronics Engineering experience, for development and sustaining activities for semiconductor products. Candidates should enjoy analysis and work in an environment where personal ownership and initiative in seeking outside-the-box solutions is fostered.

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities:

• Analyze production data using statistical software and review results in collaboration with product owners.
• Own end-to-end product engineering support from Proto stages through mass production, partnering with USPE and PEM teams.
• Lead ATE test solution transfer and validation, ensuring cross-site correlation and production readiness.
• Drive STR strategy, testing, and disposition starting EVT, including Maverick process ownership.
• Lead yield improvement and low-yield resolution through structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Act as primary interface for QA/ORT data review, including pass/fail assessment and drift analysis.
• Lead customer reporting (ATE/RAW data), ensuring data integrity, clarity, and alignment with US teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (TE, operations, maintenance, design, reliability) to resolve technical issues.
• Oversee key engineering activities including wafer documentation, sample shipments, and RMA/T0 data analysis.

Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in semiconductor industry, or 3 years with MS degree.
• 90% conversational English proficiency is needed.

Experiencia y Habilidades Deseadas

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis tools is preferred.
• Strong background in statistical analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Proven ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Experience with product development and sustaining engineering activities.
