ERP Support Desk Specialist / PCA Expeditor

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze supplier progress reports.
• Perform regular progress review visits at supplier manufacturing locations and prepare supplier visit reports.
• Identify and elevate potential delivery delay risks and issues within the supplier’s organization.
• Develop and track solutions to mitigate identified risks and issues in the supply chain relative to supplier performance.
• Collaborate closely with interface departments such as Engineering, Purchasing, and Logistics during order execution.
• Monitor contractual delivery dates set in purchase orders.
• Support the Project Expediting Manager; report to Project Management.
• Maintain and update relevant information in SAP MM.
• Verify penalty claims and conduct close‑out meetings with suppliers for dispute resolution.
• Perform supplier ratings.
• Review payment milestones and release invoices.
• Report operationally to the Project Expediting Manager and functionally to the Head of Expediting.
• Use SAP MM, SupplierConnect, and other available tools to provide onboarding, training, and support to suppliers.
• Contact suppliers to resolve data inconsistencies in the SupplierConnect system.
• Create system‑based reports.
• Conduct internal Linde training and refresher sessions on SupplierConnect.
• Maintain user guidance manuals and collect user feedback.
• Support Linde internal SupplierConnect related requests.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Expediting, and Logistics teams.
• Execute receiving transactions in company business systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Solution‑oriented, self‑organized, and team‑oriented work attitude.
• Intercultural experience and ability to operate in a complex, rapidly changing environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, customer service, or related fields.
• At least two years of experience in customer service, help‑desk, or educational roles.
• Proven record of successful delivery of trainings, educational classes, or technical consultancy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with superiors, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable providing coaching and educational support to internal and external customers.
