Técnico de Validación Senior

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform equipment setup, qualification, and commissioning activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain validation documentation, including protocols, reports, and engineering records.
• Work with PLC systems (Allen Bradley) to support automation and equipment functionality.
• Utilize SolidWorks for reviewing or supporting mechanical designs and equipment configurations.
• Support implementation and use of resource management or enterprise systems (ERP/MES).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and production.
• Assist in integrating and maintaining vision systems for inspection processes (preferred).
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry standards.
• Provide technical support during audits, testing, and production ramp-ups.requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Demonstrate sufficient knowledge in validation skills, GMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

BASIC qualifications

• Proven experience as a Validation Technician or similar role in manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD tools.
• Strong background in documentation, including validation protocols and engineering reports.
• Experience using resource management systems (ERP/MES).
• Ability to perform machine setup and validation execution.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve equipment failures efficiently.
• Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Flexibility to work different shifts or extended hours as needed.
