Your Role

Capgemini is seeking a SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO) Consultant with 4-7 years of experience in SAP integration technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, monitoring, and supporting interfaces using SAP Process Orchestration (PO), SAP PI/PO, and related middleware technologies.

The consultant will be responsible for delivering integration solutions between SAP and non-SAP applications, supporting complex enterprise landscapes, and ensuring stable, secure, and efficient data exchange across business systems.

Your Profile

• 4-7 years of SAP PI/PO or SAP Process Orchestration experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration architecture and middleware concepts.
• Hands-on experience with:
• SAP PI/PO
• ESR (Enterprise Services Repository)

• Interface Development
• Experience developing and supporting:
• IDocs
• RFCs
• Proxies
• SOAP Services

Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a Mid-Level SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO) Consultant with 4-7 years of experience in SAP integration technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, monitoring, and supporting interfaces using SAP Process Orchestration (PO), SAP PI/PO, and related middleware technologies.

The consultant will be responsible for delivering integration solutions between SAP and non-SAP applications, supporting complex enterprise landscapes, and ensuring stable, secure, and efficient data exchange across business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support integration solutions using SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO) .
• Develop and maintain synchronous and asynchronous interfaces between SAP and third-party applications.
• Configure and support:
• Integration Directory
• Enterprise Services Repository (ESR)
• Communication Channels
• Integrated Configurations (ICO)
• Business Systems and Communication Components
• Develop message mappings, graphical mappings, Java mappings, and XSLT transformations.
• Monitor interface execution and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Support EDI, IDoc, SOAP, REST, XML, RFC, JDBC, SFTP, and Proxy-based interfaces.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and provide integration solution recommendations.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, interface testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, Basis teams, developers, and external vendors.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles.

Follow ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-7 years of SAP PI/PO or SAP Process Orchestration experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration architecture and middleware concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) or SAP BTP Integration.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA integration projects.
• Experience with EDI standards such as:
• ANSI X12
• EDIFACT
• Knowledge of:
• API Integrations
• OAuth Authentication
• Cloud Integrations
• Hybrid Integration Scenarios
• Familiarity with SAP AIF (Application Interface Framework).
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
