En Benchmark nos encontramos en búsqueda de talento comprometido con la calidad y la excelencia para unirse a nuestro equipo. Esta posición será responsable de asegurar la estabilidad y disponibilidad de los sistemas de prueba utilizados en producción, proporcionar soporte técnico oportuno, realización de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo para minimizar tiempos muertos de operación, mejora de Yield de los productos fabricados, garantizando el cumplimiento de calidad.
Qualifications
- Escolaridad: Carreras técnicas y/o ingeniería en mecatrónica, biomédica y electrónica y/o carreras afines.

Responsibilities
- Dominio de plataformas de prueba ICT, FVT, AOI, AXI, SPI.
- Mantenimiento y soporte en plataformas de prueba ICT, FVT, AOI, AXI, SPI.
- Interpretación de diagramas y simbología electrónica.
- Desarrollo de recetas de inspección automática, AOI, AXI, SPI.
- Análisis y resolución de problemas.
- Pensamiento crítico y analítico.
- Atención al detalle.
- Trabajo en equipo y colaboración multifuncional.
- Comunicación efectiva y capacitación de personal.
Experience
Experiencia de 2 años realizando las siguientes actividades:
- Soporte técnico a equipos de pruebas eléctricas e inspecciones automáticas.
- Realizar mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos a equipos de pruebas eléctricas e inspecciones automáticas.
- Elaborar bitácoras de fallas comunes en equipos de pruebas eléctricas e inspecciones automáticas.
- Construir y reparar las refacciones customizadas requeridas para equipos de pruebas eléctricas.
- Mantener limpia y ordenada su estación de trabajo (5S y housekeeping).
- Control de su equipo y herramental.
- Elaborar inventario de refacciones.
- Entrenar y certificar personal operativo de pruebas eléctricas e inspecciones automáticas.
- Desarrollo y depuración de recetas de inspección para el personal encargado del soporte de SMT.
- Apoyo al área de ingeniería en la elaboración de WI y procedimientos.
- Generación de reportes de YIELD y análisis de fallas en equipos de prueba.
