Talent Acquisition Lead - Luxury Hospitality

The Standard, Mexico City is seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead recruitment for hotel openings, ensure an excellent candidate experience, and partner with department leaders to build diverse, high-performing teams.

You will manage end-to-end sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring, coordinate interviews and events, promote the employer brand, and track recruiting metrics to keep leadership informed.
