Job Summary
At CoreX, we are looking for a strategic, client-facing, quota-driven presales leader responsible for shaping and positioning ServiceNow solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This role partners closely with Sales, Architecture, and Delivery teams to translate complex customer challenges into scalable, value-driven solutions across the ServiceNow platform. We’re looking for someone who can own a volume of revenue and pipeline conversion.
As a trusted advisor, the Sr. Solution Consultant leads discovery, solution design, and executive-level storytelling throughout the sales lifecycle. This individual demonstrates deep platform expertise, industry insight, and the ability to connect technology capabilities to business transformation.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, executive presence, and the ability to influence customer decisions while driving revenue growth and expanding CoreX’s footprint across existing and new accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities, define account strategy, and shape winning solution approaches
- Act as a key contributor throughout the sales lifecycle, including new logo acquisition and account expansion
- Identify opportunities to expand ServiceNow platform adoption and drive long-term customer value
- Lead in-depth discovery workshops to uncover customer pain points, business drivers, and success criteria
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Help customers reimagine processes and adopt modern, digital workflows leveraging ServiceNow
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with customer requirements and industry best practices
- Translate business needs into high-level technical architectures and implementation roadmaps
- Ensure solution scalability, feasibility, and alignment with enterprise standards
- Lead the creation and delivery of compelling, tailored product demonstrations, prototypes, and proof of concepts
- Develop demo scripts, scenarios, and environments aligned to customer use cases
- Clearly articulate technical concepts and platform capabilities in terms of business value and ROI
- Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and solution estimations
- Build and present executive-level presentations and business cases
- Maintain awareness of competitive positioning and differentiation
- Partner with Architects, Business Process Consultants, and Delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and continuity
- Ensure seamless handoff from presales to delivery with clear solution vision and documentation
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices
- Stay current on ServiceNow product innovations, releases, and ecosystem trends
- Represent the organization in marketing events, webinars, and industry forums
- Contribute to the development of reusable solution offerings and accelerators
Required Experience & Skills
- 8–10+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, with a strong emphasis on presales or solution consulting
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps)
- Demonstrated success supporting complex sales cycles and influencing deal outcomes
- Experience working in customer-facing roles with executive stakeholder engagement
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, integrations, and extensibility
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation approaches
- Experience building demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts tailored to customer needs
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, including executive-level presentations
- Strong consultative and analytical mindset with the ability to align solutions to business value
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and articulate clear, outcome-driven narratives
- Strategic thinking with the ability to connect customer challenges to broader transformation initiatives
- Highly collaborative with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic sales environments
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
- Additional certifications such as CIS, CAD, or ITIL are highly preferred
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
