Financial Controller (Ladron De Guevara)

What We’re Looking For
- Advanced English (Finance)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience managing accounting for business units in the U.S. (California, Texas, and South Carolina)
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
- Financial reporting and management expertise
- Advanced Excel skills
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, costs, inventories, and revenue recognition
- Lead budgeting and financial forecasting, reporting deviations
- Prepare and publish monthly financial statements
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations
- Develop and implement accounting policies to strengthen internal controls
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with the Finance team on reports and special projects
- Manage and develop a high-performing accounting/finance team
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per month
Experience
- US GAAP: 4 years (required)
- IFRS: 3 years (required)
- Accounting operations for USA: 3 years (required)
- Financial operations for USA: 1 year (required)
