Responsibilities

• Carry out planning and coordination of production schedules.
• Oversee schedules and work flow to ensure deliveries are made in a timely manner.
• Perform pre-organization of production materials prior to production start-up.
• Coordinate and develop production plans with the company's management team.
• Create efficient scheduling processes or methods to achieve production goals.
• Place orders for production materials to avoid inventory shortages.
• Generate production reports that are intended to be used for major (production) decisions.
• Perform oversight of routine checks and maintenance of production equipment to avoid shutdown during production.
• Organize on-the-job training of staff in order to achieve production targets.
• Resolve problems related to material shortages in a timely manner.
• Coverage of material review before releasing the order.
• Handle all production problems in a way that does not hinder production and delivery.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field experience.
• Previous ERP planning experience: SAP a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• 2+ years of experience with production planning and customer service.
• Bilingual.
