Job Summary

As a Production Scheduler at our Lighting company, you will be responsible for optimizing cell efficiency by coordinating and scheduling production activities to meet demand. You will prioritize customer orders to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional service. Your role will involve identifying potential roadblocks in the production process and implementing solutions to maintain a smooth workflow. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate strong analytical skills by presenting dashboard reports to highlight key performance indicators for the production schedules. Your ability to effectively manage resources and respond quickly to changing production requirements will be crucial to your success in this role. Influences thru CX interactions to improve customer satisfaction.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Creating and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demand on time.
• Ensuring production schedule to be produced on time.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks to production schedules, such as supply chain disruptions, equipment breakdowns, or labor shortages.
• Proper reschedule of orders based on production date.
• Efficient scheduling of orders based on production dates using ACP system, serving as the communication pathway to inform customers and customer care about their order status.
• Commit production schedule dates on time for COR, BOR and Expedite requests in 10 days working days horizon.
• Help monitor production capacity to ensure that it aligns with Supply Plan. This involves adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate changes in production volume.
• Order Management: Coordinating and prioritizing customer orders, ensuring that they are processed and fulfilled according to scheduled plan.
• Optimize the schedule for cell efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Supply Chain and Customer Experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of experience in similar roles
