(POR CRECIMIENTO) - MERSEN DE MEXICO
Requisitos:
Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Comercio Internacional o afín,ingles hablado y escrito para ejecutar las responsabilidades de la posición
Mínimo 3 a 5 años en compras, gestión de cadena de suministro o adquisiciones
Uso de ERP, dominio intermedio-avanzado de Microsoft Excel, manejo de cotizaciones y normativas de comercio exterior.
Excelente negociación, análisis de información, trabajo en equipo. Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales
- Abastecimiento: Gestionar requisiciones de compra para suministros operativos, refacciones, herramientas y equipos de seguridad.
- Negociación: Buscar cotizaciones, negociar precios, tiempos de entrega y condiciones de pago con proveedores nacionales y extranjeros.
- Control de Inventarios: Monitorear los niveles de existencias y coberturas en el tool crib para evitar faltantes o sobre inventarios.
- Gestión de Proveedores: Desarrollar una base de proveedores confiables, evaluar su desempeño y asegurar que cumplan los estándares de calidad.
- Administración de Sistemas de Calidad y Cumplimiento: Registrar y actualizar órdenes de compra, contratos y facturas utilizando sistemas existentes, además de la gestión de cumplimiento como formatos de alta, récord limpio tanto en MX como en Estados Unidos a través de cuestionarios y check list.
- Productividad: Desarrollos de estrategias en proyectos (demostrables y cuantificados) para mejorar la productividad del área de MRO
