Project Marketing/Launch Planning (PHARMA)

IMPORTANT: We are specifically looking for professionals who have worked with pharmaceutical brands, pharmaceutical marketing teams, or pharma clients

The Launch Planning Associate will support end‑to‑end product launch readiness, including meeting coordination, documentation management, cross-functional alignment, scenario planning, and Day 0 execution. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with core and extended launch team.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Meeting Management

• Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for all launch-related meetings, including core, extended, and functional office hours.
• Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, pre-read materials, and action logs.
• Follow up with stakeholders on action items, dependencies, and plan updates.

Documentation & Administrative Support

• Maintain and manage team documents, ensuring proper version control, editing, formatting, and structured file organization.
• Support the creation of presentation slides for leadership updates, status reviews, and scenario-planning sessions.
• Assist with team integration activities and onboarding logistics for cross-functional partners.

Launch Plan Oversight (Post-HLR)

• Support ongoing monitoring of the launch plan post‑HLR, including milestone tracking and identifying discrepancies.
• Update RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and consolidate monthly launch updates.
• Coordinate parallel activities such as Brand Strategy Days and virtual launch meetings (as required).
• Track and confirm critical milestones including draft label timelines, mock Day 0 practice sessions, readiness reviews, and PDUFA dates.
• Ensure continuity across recurring meetings: core team, extended team, and function-specific office hours.

Preparation for Day 0

• Support creation of scenario-planning decks and readiness frameworks.
• Coordinate Day 0 asset submission planning and align closely with the MLR Planning Manager.
• Develop and maintain the minute-by-minute Day 0 execution plan, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and touchpoints.

Day 0 & Post-Launch Support

• Provide real-time coordination during Day 0 activities, ensuring alignment across teams and smooth execution.
• Support immediate post-launch (Day 0+) activities including documentation updates, tracking, and handover to ongoing teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational, project coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in fast-paced cross-functional environments.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation, planning, and tracking discipline.
