Factory HSE Leader: Safety, Compliance & Improvement
Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc.
Hitachi Energy Mexico Reynosa plant seeks a Factory HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environment initiatives, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across operations.
You will develop strategies with factory leadership, manage incident investigations, audits, and training, and coach teams to embed a safety culture.
Fluent in Spanish and English, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and 8+ years of HSE experience in manufacturing are required.
