Employer Branding & Talent Marketing Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen and elevate our employer brand presence across social media platforms and digital channels.

• Design and execute talent attraction campaigns, combining creativity, audience targeting, and performance analysis.

• Create compelling content, including copy, visual assets, videos, and campaigns that bring our Employee Value Proposition to life.

• Manage and grow our digital communities, fostering meaningful engagement with potential candidates.

• Analyze metrics, trends, and campaign performance to continuously optimize strategy and maximize results.

• Support Employer Branding initiatives, digital recruitment efforts, university engagement programs, and brand positioning activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Community Management, Employer Branding, or related areas.

• Familiarity with platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator o Premiere Pro.

• Strong communication, content creation, and storytelling skills.

• A proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, results orientation, and a continuous learning attitude.
