Power Apps Developer (Guadalajara)

Your Role

As the PowerApps Developer, you will work with PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI to develop custom solutions for current and future innovation projects. You will participate in full life cycle implementations for projects of all sizes and help with administration of Production, Test, and Dev environments.

Your Profile

• 3-5 years of experience designing and developing Power Platform solutions to meet required business processes.
• Experience with Power Apps: Model Driven and Canvas Apps.
• Experience with Power Automate / Cloud Flows.
• Experience with Power BI and Dataverse.
• Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management: solution packaging, multiple environments.
• Experience extending and customizing existing site structures to support new functionalities.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues and providing production support.
• Rapid development: adhere to Agile/Scrum methods and processes, full cooperation and coordination with other team members.
• Requirements gathering.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience implementing custom client‑side and server‑side logic within Model‑Driven PowerApps.
• Experience with traditional programming languages (JavaScript and C#).
• Advanced English and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical staff.

Preferred Experience

• Azure Fundamentals.
• SQL Server / SQL knowledge.
• GitHub.
• Experience within the Oil and Gas sector.
• Proven success leading several large projects and participation in Agile development methodologies.
