Perfil del puesto:
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Procesos o afín.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puestos de supervisión o gerencia operativa.
- Experiencia en administración de personal y control de procesos.
- Disponibilidad de horario.
Actividades principales:
- Supervisar y asegurar la correcta operación de las unidades a cargo.
- Dar seguimiento a indicadores operativos y cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Coordinar al personal y optimizar los recursos disponibles.
- Implementar estrategias de mejora continua en los procesos.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas, procedimientos y estándares de calidad.
- Elaborar y dar seguimiento a reportes operativos.
Conocimientos y habilidades:
- Liderazgo y manejo de equipos de trabajo.
- Planeación y organización.
- Análisis de indicadores y toma de decisiones.
- Solución de problemas y enfoque a resultados.
- Manejo de Excel y herramientas administrativas.
