The Role

Hudson Talent Solutions is partnering with a global leader in cross border money transfer and payment services to find a Team Lead to oversee recruitment for its Shared Services function in Puebla. In this role, you will lead a team of recruiters within an RPO delivery model, manage full cycle hiring for shared services roles, and act as the key point of contact for stakeholders.

What You Will Actually Do

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters supporting Shared Services hiring needs in an RPO model
• Own full cycle recruitment for shared services roles, from intake through offer
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on hiring strategy and priorities
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for shared services functions
• Monitor recruitment metrics and report on team performance and pipeline health
• Coach and develop recruiters on sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and candidate experience
• Manage escalations and ensure consistent, high quality delivery across the team

What You Bring

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, including shared services focused hiring
• Prior RPO experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfort working onsite in Puebla
