Job Summary

Para apoyar a nuestros extraordinarios equipos que construyen grandes productos y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, estamos buscando incorporar un Supervisión de Almacén ubicado en Guadalajara, Campus Norte. El Supervisor de almacén es responsable supervisar y coordinar las operaciones del almacén asegurando la recepción, almacenamiento, surtido y abastecimiento oportuno de materiales, garantizando altos niveles de inventario, seguridad, productividad y servicio al cliente interno.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los KPIs de almacén.
• Supervisar las actividades de recibo, almacenamiento, surtido y abastecimiento de materiales.
• Garantizar la correcta ejecución de procesos Kanban, SMKT y RTS.
• Dar seguimiento a diferencias de inventario y planes de acción.
• Coordinar recursos para asegurar continuidad operativa y evitar line stops.
• Implementar mejoras enfocadas en productividad, seguridad y calidad.
• Preparar y presentar reportes e indicadores a la gerencia.

Experiencia requerida

• Carrera terminada.
• Experiencia Intermedia como Supervisor de Almacén, Material Supervisor o posición similar.
• Experiencia de Almacén en industria manufacturera o logística.
• Experiencia en manejo y administración de personal operativo.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en diferentes turnos cuando la operación lo requiera.
• Conocimientos Técnicos Excel intermedio (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, filtros, análisis de datos y gráficos).
• Administración y seguimiento de métricos operativos y KPIs.
• Control de inventarios y exactitud de inventario.
• Procesos de recibo, almacenamiento, surtido (picking) y embarques.
• Kanban y sistemas de reposición de materiales.
• SMKT y RTS.
• Manejo de sistemas ERP/WMS y herramientas de mejora continua.
