Program Quality Manager

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

As a Program Quality Manager, you will lead the quality aspects of the program until Start of Production. You will use the Program Management System to coordinate the efforts of all internal and external suppliers and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for:

• Serving as the interface with the customer regarding quality and handling any customer complaints
• Guaranteeing product quality before Start of Production and during the modification process
• Assuring quality from suppliers and validating prototypes with them and the customers
• Applying quality tools and a project or program management system

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level:

• Master’s degree in engineering

Professional experience:

• 5-10 years of proven experience in the Automotive industry.

Skills and competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of quality engineering techniques
• Master’s degree in engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience, combining development and production
• Understanding of Business and Finance basics
• Results and teamwork orientation
• Customer management experience
• Experience and success managing a functional network
• Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time
