Travel & Expense (T&E) Analyst

At Xylem , we are looking for a Travel & Expense (T&E) Analyst to join our team and support our global expense operations.

This role will be responsible for providing support to employees regarding the expense management system, corporate card program, and reporting activities , ensuring compliance with company policies while delivering an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for the expense management system (Concur or similar)

• Assist employees with expense reports, reimbursements, and system inquiries

• Support and manage the corporate card program

• Generate and analyze T&E reports

• Ensure compliance with expense policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field

• Customer service experience

• Strong Excel skills

• English proficiency (required)

• High level of technology proficiency

Nice to Have

• Experience with Concur or other expense management tools

• Knowledge of corporate credit card management

• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience delivering user training
