Operations Manager

KNZ-Kronoz

Coordinar a las operadoras que tienen embarques de exportación e importación, generando un equipo comprometido con amplia comunicación efectiva, para lograr la satisfacción de los clientes internos y externos. Igualmente, brindar apoyo a la gerencia operativa en actividades específicas.

Realizar junta de cliente nuevo (cuando se solicite por Comerciales)
Realizar reporte de Wips y Accruals ocean freight. (todos los Jueves)
Brindar apoyo a otros departamentos cuando se requiera.
Brindar apoyo con situaciones fuera del proceso cuando se requiera.
Realizar revisión de reporte de liberaciones y sobre costos que se generen (Embarques detenidos) y verificar que se actualice el estado de cuenta con Admón.
Realizar revisión de embarques con ejecutivas en ausencia por vacaciones.
Seguimiento a cierre y envió de calificaciones para evaluación de su equipo.
Realizar registro de costos extras
Revisar constantemente embarques con navieras que no tenemos crédito
Conocimientos avanzados de estrategias de logística.
Conocimiento avanzado de regulaciones comerciales.
Conocimiento avanzado de Incoterms
Experiencia en liderazgo y manejo de equipos
