AI Automation Engineer — Production Systems Builder (Remote)
Blacksmith Agency
Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Automation Engineer to own and ship our internal automation roadmap. This is a builder role, not a research position, and you will not train models but build production systems on top of them with clarity and reliability.
You will collaborate with engineering and delivery leadership to convert a documented automation roadmap into shipped workflows, leveraging LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, and integrations across our stack.
