Job Summary
El Entrenador de operaciones (SMT) estará ubicado en Guadalajara Norte.
- Desarrollar material de capacitación para el área de SMT
- Responsable de entrenar personal para Flex Gdl
- Certificar las competencias de los auditores y técnicos de Calidad a través de SIE
- Respaldar los requisitos de capacitación del as organizaciones Flex Gdl
- Crear nuevos informes y métricos para el área
- Certificar y/o recertificar la competencia profesional
- Validar la efectividad de la capacitación a través del proceso de auditoría
- Registrar y monitorear datos de entrenamientos
Qualifications
Bachillerato o Bachillerato Técnico con especialidad en Electrónica.
Conocimientos:
- IPC-A-610, Aceptabilidad de Ensambles Electrónicos
- IPC-7711/7721, Retrabajo, Modificación
- Procedimientos Comunes: Controles de ESD/EOS (Descargas Electrostáticas/Sobrecarga Eléctrica), Herramientas de soldadura, Métodos de calentamiento primarios, Materiales, Estación/sistema de limpieza, Remoción e instalación de componente, Perfil de tiempo y temperatura (TTP).
