Production Manager
Amphenol Mexicali
Descripción Es responsable ante la Gerencia de Planta o Gerencia General, de dirigir y coordinar las actividades de producción en los distintos turnos, ajustándose a las cédulas respectivas, estándares de calidad y costos de operación; vigila la eficiencia de la mano de obra directa e indirecta; ayuda en la preparación de los programas de manufactura y coordina la solución de problemas con otras áreas de la empresa. Responsabilidades
RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO
- Asegurar la ejecución del plan de producción.
- Observar los niveles de eficiencia y utilización de la mano de obra directa e indirecta y buscar la mejora continuamente.
- Administrar la actividad productiva, así como los diferentes departamentos de apoyo, para asegurar el logro de las metas operativas en el desempeño de la planta.
- Asegurarse de que se utilicen adecuadamente los diferentes recursos para la manufactura en todas las áreas
PERFIL DEL PUESTO
- Ingeniería o licenciatura afín.
- 5 años de experiencia en puesto similar
- Ingles avanzado
- Enfocado a resultados y reducción de costos
- Manejo de paquetería Office avanzado
- Conocimiento en Six Sigma
- Liderazgo
- Excelente comunicador
- Manejo de personal
