Finance specialist

We are looking for a finance specialist, with a strong accounting background, qualified, organized and proactive, to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, addressing audit requirements, and collaborating closely with management. If you have 2 to 3 years of experience in general accounting, a good level of English and are interested in the international corporate environment, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Support in the complete cycle of general accounting (recording journal policies, income and expenses).
• Actively participate in the attention of financial audits (internal and external), preparing the required documentation.
• Collaborate in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
• Support in the scheduling and control of payments to suppliers and creditors.
• Collaborate on monthly closing activities.
• Account review and reconciliation / account cleanup.Support in inventory and fixed asset control.

Profile Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting (Degree).

Experience: 2 to 3 years of verifiable experience in general accounting and supporting or handling financial audits.

Knowledge: mastery of accounting principles (NIF) and accounting systems such as COI and SAP.

Languages: Advanced English

Desirable Requirements (Plus)

• Previous experience working in Asian companies or familiarity with their work culture and reporting methodologies.
• Experience handling data in spreadsheets or other data handling softwareKnowledge of the use and implementation of AI.
• Knowledge in the management of budgets and payment flows.Solid experience in filing returns and taxes with the SAT.Professional certification will be valued.
