Human Resources Manager Advanced English Level (Monterrey)

SUMMARY OF JOB
- Ensure harmony between the company, workers, and Union, to promote productivity.
- Warranty all relationships of the Company with Unions, Federal and Local Ministers (Labor, Social Security, Trade, Housing, etc.) and Federations are within the legal frame and incompliance; and maintaining a social perspective.
- Contribute to the success of the company by maintaining and developing a highly qualified and motivated human resource to achieve the objectives of the company.
- Ensure compliance with internal rules and procedures of the Company.
- Be the face for HR matters during Audit Exercises (internally and externally (KPMG)).
CONDITIONS
- Salary: $77,000 gross a month.
- Law benefits, (100% quote on IMSS).
- Vouchers.
- Days Off above the Mexican Labor Law.
What you will bring to the team
- At least 8 years of relevant experience as HR Manager.
- SHRM Certification is a critical advantage.
- Experience of at least 8 years in Labor Relationships.
- Experience of at least 8 years with Unions.
- Advanced English level, proficiency to prepare and present reports to HQ Management (all process, including interviews and live translations will be in English).
- Advanced Microsoft Office level.
- Desired education level: Maestría.
- Desired experience level: Nivel Gerencial.
- Department: Manufactura / Operaciones.
