Project Engineer - Industrial Manufacturing : We are looking for a Project Engineer - Industrial Manufacturing responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing improvement projects, new processes, and manufacturing optimization initiatives within the plant. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, technical ability, and the capacity to lead cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute manufacturing improvement projects across production areas.
• Develop layouts, process flows, time studies, and technical documentation.
• Support new process introduction, manufacturing changes, and continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, risks, and resource requirements.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Engineering teams.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and progress updates for management.
• Ensure compliance with ISO ____:____, safety standards, and internal procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing projects, process engineering, industrial improvements, or production optimization.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, AMEF/FMEA, APQP, PPAP, or similar methodologies.
• Experience with process layouts, workflow diagrams, balancing, time studies, and KPI analysis.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools for layout design.
• Intermediate English (conversation and technical reading).
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different areas and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
