Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct process analysis, including data collection and analysis, to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
• Design and implement process control systems to ensure consistent and reliable production.
• Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and optimize resource utilization.

You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in process engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in process analysis and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
