Plant Director, Manufacturing & Lean Operations

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Manufacturing Plant Director to oversee daily operations and ensure policies are followed at the Tijuana facility. This leadership role focuses on driving continuous improvement and maximizing operational efficiency while managing cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. The position requires a willingness to work in Mexico and some travel.
