Flex – Program Manager (Juarez Sur)

Job Summary: To support extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to growth, we are looking to add a Program Manager located in Juarez Sur.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business relationships, maximize customer satisfaction.
• Manage the relationship with the customer through monthly or quarterly reviews.
• Coordinate with the Cross‑Functional Team (CFT) to ensure compliance with scheduled targets (quality, testing, materials, processes).
• Participate in View Point reviews to assess customer and GAM satisfaction and implement improvements.
• Monitor, report, and troubleshoot accounts receivable (AR).

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Regular interaction with executives, customers, and vendors.
• Business acumen with forecasting revenue and controlling costs.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical operations, supply‑chain, and financial reports.
• Capability to respond to customer inquiries or complaints.
• Effective presentation of information to executive management.

Flex – Program Manager (Flex Juarez)

Program Manager located in Flex Juarez, reporting to Director, GSS Americas Program Management. Responsible for leading the execution of customer requirements, delivering projected value, maintaining business relationships, and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of customer requirements and deliver value to Flex and its customers.
• Coordinate product and service delivery with a multifunctional Customer Focus Team (CFT).
• Own the account in the site – focus on benefit realization, contract adherence, and scope control.
• Develop and implement Integral Account strategies and projects.
• Ensure compliance with contract and customer‑specific requirements/Statement.
