Project Managment Ecommerce (Xico) (Valle de Chalco Solidaridad)

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am – 6:30 pm / Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire lifecycle of e-commerce projects, from conception and planning to execution and launch.
• Define the scope, objectives, deliverables, and deadlines for projects.
• Create and maintain detailed schedules and work plans.
• Coordinate and motivate internal and external teams, assigning tasks and ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Act as the central point of communication between all stakeholders, providing regular status updates on project progress to senior management and relevant teams.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and obstacles that could affect the success of the project.
• Use data and metrics to evaluate project performance and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure that the solutions implemented improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• +3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the e-commerce or technology sector.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Results‑oriented, with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.) are a plus.
