Team Manager Travel Expenses GBS+ Mexico

About this Position

TheTeam Manager for Travel Expenses at GBS+ Mexico, will lead the travel expenses team and drive its continuous development, serving as the primary liaison with stakeholders in North America and LATAM to align expectations and ensure compliance with travel expense policies. You will ensure business continuity and financial control by reviewing biweekly reports, reconciling expenses, and approving provisions.

What you´ll do

• Team organization according to tasks and skills per each team member.
• Make corresponding operational agreements with Regional Head of Process for ensuring the application of Travel Expenses and Corporate Credit Card policies.
• Support to Process Manager on making decisions jointly with Global Head of Process T&E GBS+ and Global Process Owner for guaranting the SLA.
• Team development providing continuous feedback and looking for their stay and growth within GBS+ Mexico or Henkel.
• Communication with local users to provide a good service, avoid escalations, increasing good perception of T&E process at GBS+ Mexico.
• Determine initiatives of Continuous improvements in the area.
