Where no two days are the same.Your RoleManage program activities from planning through launch, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and timing targets.Monitor and report program KPIs, milestones, risks, and action plans to key stakeholders.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of project deliverables and customer commitments.Support product launch planning, cost optimization initiatives, and implementation of recovery actions when required.Act as the first point of contact for program-related decisions, ensuring alignment between component groups and overall business objectives.Your ProfileBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or a similar role within the automotive industry.Experience with automotive systems is required; knowledge of driveline components such as transmissions, differentials, PTU, RDM, torque converters, axles, and shafts is highly desirable.Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to analyze complex problems, connect cross-functional impacts, and make sound recommendations based on data and business objectives.Experience with project management methodologies, KPI tracking, budgeting, reporting, and Microsoft Office tools.Advanced English communication skills.Availability to travel regularly to Toluca and/or Mexico City (CDMX) based on business needs.What You'll LoveContribute to building a better future for people, planet, and society.Thrive in a diverse, respectful, and inclusive environment.Access continuous learning through internal academies, certifications, and mentorship.Active employee networks promoting diversity, equity and inclusion like OutFront, CapAbility or Ver el correo electrónico en click.appcast.io culture anchored in our Fun and Team spirit values.About CapgeminiCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
