SUMMARY

We’re looking for a highly skilled Marketing Strategist who can take ownership of day-to-day marketing fulfillment for a fast-paced newsroom & law firm. This role blends strategy and execution and is ideal for someone with an analytical mind, strong copywriting abilities, and experience across content marketing, funnels, and AI-powered tools.

You’ll work closely with the business owner to manage newsletters, optimize marketing funnels, oversee social content, and track campaign performance—all while using tools like Capcut, ChatGPT, Claude, and your own creative judgment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Copywriting

• Write compelling content for email campaigns, websites, and social media
• Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to generate, refine, and scale content output
• Repurpose long-form content into social, blog, and email formats

Funnel Optimization & CRM Support

• Analyze performance metrics and identify gaps in funnel sequences
• Help improve lead flows, email sequences, and segmentation strategies
• Maintain CRM hygiene and build campaign automations when needed

Content Marketing & Social Execution

• Schedule, publish, and manage posts across key social media channels
• Optimize blog posts and website pages for SEO
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts

Analytical Thinking & Project Ownership

• Report weekly/monthly performance metrics with insights and next steps
• Take initiative on projects, offer recommendations, and manage deadlines
• Own your work and communicate proactively in a remote environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5+ years experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or funnel building
• Fluent in English & Spanish with strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT, Notion AI) as part of daily workflows
• Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics dashboards
• Able to take direction but also work independently with minimal supervision
• Background in health, wellness, or U.S.-based consumer brands is a bonus

WFH REQUIREMENTS

• Quiet home office setup
• Reliable high-speed internet (10 Mbps minimum)
• Fluent written and spoken English (B2+ minimum)
• Comfortable working U.S. time zone hours
• Familiar with remote tools like Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, and Canva
