Field Marketing – Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

As an experienced Field Marketing Senior Consultant, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Campaign & Event Execution: Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and flagship events across digital, in-person, and hybrid formats; support full project delivery including logistics, venue coordination, localization, and execution for the Mexico market.
• Executive Programs & Content Development: Support executive-level education programs and content development by adapting global narratives, coordinating keynotes and breakout sessions, and ensuring market relevance for Mexico-based audiences.
• Comprehensive Stakeholder Management & Enablement: Act as a central connector across Sales, GVM, Comms, One Google points of contact, partners, activation teams, and clients to drive readiness, alignment, and localized execution.
• Pipeline, Lead Generation & Campaign Tracking: Track local campaign and event effectiveness, monitor lead generation and pipeline contribution, and support reporting and continuous optimization.
• Budget, Vendor & Operational Management: Coordinate with local suppliers and marketing agencies to ensure timely execution, budget discipline, and post-event operational follow-through.

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
• Completion of course of study/Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience
• Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams
• Identifies key drivers, defines problems and proposes solutions
• Advanced English level
• Relevant experience in Field Marketing, Channel Marketing, Alliances, or similar B2B marketing roles
• Experience developing and implementing Go-to-Market strategies and integrated campaigns
• Practical experience organizing and managing events, including vendor management and ROI analysis
• Experience supporting demand generation campaigns, content marketing, and customer/partner engagement strategies
• Strong project management and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders and workflows
• Strong understanding of local market activation and localization of global campaigns for the Mexico market
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence and guide cross‑functional teams and external vendors
• Strong analytical capability and ability to convert data into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM and internal marketing tools is helpful
• Solid understanding of AI tools and business applications is desirable
