Account Manager, PCS

Account Manager position managing client relationships and coordinating clinical translation and linguistic validation projects for a global healthcare research organization. The role requires strong client-facing skills, project coordination expertise, and experience in language services or translation industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact throughout project lifecycle
• Manage client relationships and coordinate proposal development with budgeting and timeline planning
• Analyze client needs, offer solutions, and prepare quotes
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties on project delivery
• Ensure project completion at expected quality standards within established timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline; translation background preferred
• Minimum 3 years client services and account management experience
• Experience in translation industry, linguistic validation, eCOA, or COA development
• MS Office Suite proficiency
• Excellent customer service and clear communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks independently and collaboratively
