Workday Engineer

Senior Workday HCM Engineer | 100% Remote

We are looking for a Senior Workday HCM Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Workday integrations, configuration, and enterprise implementations.

Key Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years of experience with Workday HCM
• Experience with at least one end-to-end Workday HCM implementation
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Integrations
• Expertise in EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
• Experience with Reports, Calculated Fields, Security, and Data Migrations
• Strong knowledge of XSLT
• Experience with ISU, ISSG, Integration Scheduling, Monitoring, and Troubleshooting
• Understanding of API and ERP integration concepts
• Strong skills in testing, debugging, implementation, and technical documentation
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multinational, cross-functional teams
• Team coordination/mentoring experience is a plus
