Senior Associate, Commodity Management & Sourcing (Temporary)

Location: Planta F, Santa Catarina, N.L., Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies focused on cost, quality, and supply assurance.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to reduce costs and improve resilience.
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and risk factors.
• Apply supply chain best practices and drive process automation.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as R&D, finance, and manufacturing.
• Monitor supply chain performance through KPIs.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Promote digital transformation in sourcing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related Administrative fields (e.g., LNI, IMA, IIA).
• 1+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, or quality.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, BPCS).
• Intermediate conversational English (minimum).
• Strong data analysis, blueprint interpretation, and quotation review skills.
• Driver’s license and personal vehicle (preferred).

Nice to Have

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience in metal‑mechanical, automotive, or assembly industries.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
