Talent Acquisition Sr Analyst (Saltillo)

Responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end external recruitment for L04‑L07 positions in PepsiCo Beverages North America, PepsiCo Foods North America, General Groups and Functions, ensuring alignment with local requirements.
• Facilitate hiring‑manager kick‑off meetings to align process, service‑level agreements (SLAs) and profile requirements.
• Post job openings externally, collect post‑interview feedback, and facilitate consensus discussions.
• Create the Offer Letter Detailed Form (OLDF) and generate offer letters; obtain necessary approvals from TR and HR.
• Ensure delivery of service and KPI fulfillment such as Time to Accept (TTA), Time‑to‑Find/Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores (HMSS) and system accuracy.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with functional hiring managers, HR partners, Mexico Business Services (MBS) and Hyderabad Business Services (HBS) teams to foster collaboration and efficient processes.
• Use external market talent insights to present data, trends, challenges and proposed solutions to hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, HR or related field.
• 2‑3 years of relevant professional experience (TA Analyst, HR, Recruiting or related function).
• Proven talent‑sourcing experience, including social platform recruiting, Boolean search, HR databases and ATS (e.g., Kenexa) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong English oral and written communication skills.
• Customer‑focused, adaptable, strong follow‑up and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and respond proactively to change.
